The Progression Band teaches the correct technique of an early catch with the players hands away from the body.

The Progression Band, offers a shorter band length compared to the Development Band, keeping the hand width tighter, designed for more precise movements as the player progresses with the speed and accuracy of their catch and pass. The band also assists in defensive tagging techniques in oztag.
